Who am I? I am a Seattle born and raised performing musician, an artist, a producer, and a teacher. My philosophy is simple: Share what you know with as many people as you can. In my case, I know music and the drums, and I want to share that with you. I teach Seattle drum lessons, and if you would like to schedule a lesson, please visit my lessons page for more info.
I grew up listening to classic rock and oldies while riding around in the back of my parents' car. At the time, I failed to realize how much of an impact those times would have on me in my musical career.
I have been studying music for over 15 years, first playing the trumpet in grade school. However, it wasn't until I began playing the drums that I really found a strong passion in music and getting back to my roots playing rock.
I am currently teaching Seattle drum lessons full time at my studio in North Seattle. In addition to teaching, I perform regularly with several groups. Two of these are local bands, Omega Moo and The Requisite. I am also a member of the 204th Army Reserve Band, based in Vancouver, WA.
